• Full consultation to include budget review, feasibility of requests based on timeframe and vision, assessment of site plan, expectation of standard event guidelines as well as feedback on special considerations or adjustments to your event based on our knowledge of successful events specific to your event execution

• Initial Master Permit application submission

• Liaison to City Agencies and departments for subsequent calls, emails and meetings requested

• Filing of additional applications based on necessity

• General consulting throughout the planning process as well as a referral source for vendors
